Steeping Instructions:
Water Temperature: 195 ; 1tsp. tea = 8 oz. water ; steep 4 minutes. Re-steep as desired.
Warnings Notice: Laxative products should not be used for a period or longer than 1 week unless directed by doctor. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea or abdominal pain. Consult your physician if you have have a medical condition.
