Honey bush was discovered in South Africa in the 18th century. The blossoms are bright yellow and smell like honey. The infusion tastes pleasantly sweet and aromatic.
Steeping Instructions: 1 tsp. Tea leaves for 8 oz. of 208 degree water. Steep for 7-10 minutes then re-steep with the same leaves as desired.
